Staying Safe at Lôn Lodges – Covid-19 Update
Booking Principals
We are giving our guests the reassurance they need when booking our accommodation following the Covid-19 pandemic.
1 WAITING FOR WALES TO OPEN TO TOURISM
We are not accepting any new bookings before 17th July 2020 and are awaiting the Welsh Government to give a date for tourism businesses in Wales to reopen.
2 NEW BOOKING TERMS
A deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before arrival. If the Government impose further lock down rules due to Covid-19 for the dates you have booked or you have received a notice to self isolate for 14 days over the booking or you have developed symptoms of Covid-19, your payment is NOT LOST, we will honour your booking by transferring your date up to 12 months ahead up to the value of your initial booking (extra payment will be required in a more expensive period and a refund will be given in a less expensive period).
If a transfer date is not possible, then a refund of the full amount will be given.
3 TRAVEL INSURANCE
We recommend you take out travel insurance when you make a booking.
Social Distancing Principals
As well as our cleaning principles, ensuring our guests feel comfortable and not pressured into contact situations is equally important. We will be able to welcome our guests while sustaining distancing measures to provide customer confidence in our Staying Safe principals.
1 SAFER ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE PROCESSES
We manage guest arrival, key collection from a key safe without face to face contact. If security deposits are required on arrival, we request a bank transfer for payment.
2 NO SHARED FACILITY USAGE
Lodges are self contained with their own facilities and recycling shed/storage with private parking and a gated garden. If guests would like to walk on the two Farm Trails, we require guests to wash and sanitise their hands before and after their walk, as there may be a need to open and close gates along the way.
Thank you for your co-operation and we look forward to welcoming you to your Stay Safe visit at Lôn Lodges.
