We would like to re-assure all our guests and friends of Lon Lodges that the recent very wet weather and flooding that has affected the Country has NOT affected our area.

Travel in Powys is also good and the bus routes and railway lines are running without interruptions. Although we recommend you check up to date travel and weather news.

The fields surrounding Lon Lodges are very saturated with the Lowland Nature Walk having some wet fields on its route. Guidance will be given on arrival for the best and safest places to walk.

The Elan Valley is looking spectacular at the moment with the reservoirs full to capacity and the dams are overflowing with some magnificent views.

Photographers will have some of the best scenery you could find. We look forward to welcoming you to our warm and cosy Lodges.
