Welcome to Sycamore Lodge
Sycamore Lodge is one of two identical luxury lodges situated on the Lon Farm in the Mid Wales countryside, close the market town of Rhayader. Private spa hot tub to star gaze from in the evening. Warm and cosy with underfloor heating and cool in the summer with air conditioning. Welcome hamper of milk, tea, coffee and sugar sachets and Welsh cakes on arrival. No Smoking environments. Free WiFi. Electric Vehicle Charging. Secure garden.
Sleeping Accommodations
Sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms: 2 doubles and 1 twin.
Twin bedroom includes a fire escape window (not suitable for disabled or vulnerable guests).
Double bedrooms feature patio doors leading to the deck.
Modern furnishings with a hairdryer and fan are provided.
Travel cot available on request.

Full-size bath suite with a thermostatic shower over the bath for a relaxing experience.
Dual-flush toilet, vanity unit, and complimentary toiletries.
Heated towel rail and underfloor heating for added comfort.
Mirror with light and shaver point.
Towels provided (1 bath towel and 1 hand towel per person)—please bring extra for hot tub use.

Lockable garden shed with storage space and recycling facilities.
Daily cleaning visits by the owner. Guests must read and agree to hot tub usage.
Parking
Private entrance with parking for up to three vehicles.
Electric Vehicle Charging Point (Rolec 7.2 kW) is available for a small usage fee.
Booking
To secure your booking, a deposit of £100 is required, with the remaining balance due 4 weeks before your arrival. For reservations made within 4 weeks of your stay, full payment will be required at the time of booking. Payment can be made via bank transfer, with details provided upon confirmation.
